Wei will take the detailed understanding of your customers and start solving their problems in a way that leverages the strengths of your business. Wei continue to discover fresh solutions as she defines the conceptual design. She will also build a mental model of the product “to be” and conduct user tests during the process.

Wei will first generate three demo videos to show representacal user cases. After proven,she provides a detailed feature list, creates the information structure and builds all the wireframes.

Yang will develop the product, whether its a server-side development, e-commerce, content management system, or a social networking website. Language involves (X)HTML, CSS, PHP, AJAX, C#, C++, Python, Java, Javascript. Yang will either write solid and robust code and documentations individually, or work with the client’s internal IT department to deplay and launch the site at a live production environment.
